FAIRTRADE
The FLO (Fairtrade Labeling Organization), based in Bonn – Germany, certifies organizations involved in the entire commercial chain, from production to marketing of various products around the world. Fairtrade establishes criteria for obtaining and maintaining the certification, a minimum selling price for producers and a bonus known as the Fairtrade Premium. It is an alternative to conventional trade and based on a partnership between producers and consumers. It tends to bring closer and balance trade relations, offers producers a fair deal and more profitable conditions for the maintenance and cultivation of coffee plantations.

Brazilian Organic Product (Produto Orgânico Brasil)
Seal of products in compliance with Brazilian regulations (i.e. Brazilian Law No. 10,831/2003). Since early 2011, this seal is required for sale of any organic products in Brazilian territory; as such we are able to certify that the planting, handling and commercialization of coffee produced on organic farms.

Cafe Sul de Minas
Coffee that is grown and produced in southern region of the State of Minas Gerais at an average altitude of 850 and 1250 meters has a perfect combination of climate and soil factors, with lands of great fertility that guarantee the production of coffees of the highest quality.

Some unique features found in specialty coffee of the southern Minas Gerais region and Micro Region are: Well-Balanced Coffees, with complex flavors that depending on the batch can vary from chocolate, fruity, citrus and caramel. Full-bodied coffees with a high level of sweetness.

The aftertaste that is usually found is caramel that stays in the mouth for minutes after the coffee has been consumed. Since 1996, a gradual process of improvement of regional coffee technology began, in search of new varieties and installation of infrastructure to improve the quality of coffee, such as highly selective harvesting using the features of early, average and late-maturing varieties, the use of washers, separators and stripping the coffee cherry.

Cerrado Mineiro Region
Coffee produced with sustainable practices that generate development, recognition and shared value for producers in the Cerrado Mineiro region through a unique production process, based on the unique attributes of the Protected Geographical Area from the Cerrado Mineiro region, proven and guaranteed by certification of Origin and Quality.

The grown coffee is produced in a unique terroir. The perfect definition of the seasons, with a hot and humid summer and a mild and dry winter is a feature in the region. Coffee plants are grown in areas with an altitude ranging between 800 and 1300 meters, resulting in coffees with an identity that is unique and of high quality, these are the attributes of the coffee produced in the Cerrado Mineiro region.

SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe)
The Specialty Coffee Association of Europe is an organization that certifies excellence in coffees across the continent and has the mission of creating excellence in the coffee community through innovation, research and communication.

Its founding in 2002, which was part of the group associated with the institution of the Old Continent, aims to strengthen the relationship with the organization that brings together major players in the European market for specialty coffees, improving the access to SCAE member producers, importers, roasters and cafeterias, in addition to expanding promotion policies.
